Hosting
The site is hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak Network SA, Geneva. Like any web server, it records the IP address, date, requested page and browser in its logs, for the security and proper operation of the site. These logs are not used to identify you and are deleted after a limited period.
Contact form
The contact form asks for your name, email address, message and, if you wish, your company. This data is stored on the site and sent by email to hello@misits.ch, solely to reply to you and follow up on your request. It is neither passed on to third parties nor sold, and is deleted when no longer needed.
Cookies
The site uses no advertising. Two technical cookies, with no tracking, do not require consent: pll_language remembers the displayed language (French or English) for one year, and kirkit_consent remembers your cookie choice for six months. Fonts are hosted on the site.
Analytics
If you accept, the site measures its traffic with Matomo, a free tool installed on matomo.misits.ch, a Martin IS IT Services server hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak: pages viewed, visit duration, device, browser and referrer, with a shortened IP address. These statistics are used only to improve the site; they are neither passed on to third parties nor used for advertising. Matomo then sets the cookies _pk_id (13 months) and _pk_ses (30 minutes). Without your consent, nothing is measured. You can change your mind at any time with the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page.

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), and the GDPR where applicable, you can request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to hello@misits.ch. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
