Romain grew up in a winemaking family and has always been fascinated by the art of winemaking. After years of experience and extensive training in oenology and viticulture at the Haute École de Changins, Romain now produces wines that truly reflect his passion and expertise.

With his diploma in hand and a series of vintages under his own label, Romain uses his intuition and his senses to create unique and authentic wines, without compromise or pre-established recipes.
